Our goal is to offer you a chance to build a workforce that reflects the diversity of our world today. 

The Hub was created in partnership with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to fill a gap that exists for employers and their organizations. Inclusion NB has fostered strong employment connections across the province, facilitating pre-employment and on-the-job support through our  many supported employment programs. 

The Inclusive Communities Institute (ICI), is Inclusion NB’s online learning institute that provides inclusion training to multiple sectors. Using a top-down approach, ICI aims to support employers around the province to strengthen their inclusion practices.
